Domaine Gayda has again captured the creative spirit of the Languedoc in this wine.  Viognier is all too often relegated to the work of merely blending to lift the florals  of other whites.  The Cepage Viognier, however, is a fine expression of the region's marvelous diversity in climate and soils.  In the hands of Domain Gayda's talented winemakers, this wine shows its merit as a varietal worthy of any table.  A fine example, very well priced.
